Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last updated
UptimePilot is delivered online. There is nothing to ship: your plan is activated on your workspace as soon as your payment is confirmed.
01What you buy
UptimePilot is an online software service (SaaS) for website and uptime monitoring. A paid plan gives your workspace higher limits — more monitors, faster checks, more team members and longer check history — for the month or year you pay for. No physical goods are sold or shipped.
02How and when it's delivered
- Online, straight after payment. When our payment provider, Razorpay, confirms your payment, the plan is activated on the workspace you paid from — usually within seconds. Some UPI and bank payments take a few minutes to be confirmed by the bank; the plan activates automatically as soon as they are.
- Where to find it. Sign in at uptimepilot.cloud; the Billing page shows your plan, how long it's paid for, and your invoices.
- Confirmation. We email a payment receipt to the workspace's billing contacts, and the invoice is available on the Billing page.
03Delivery charges and service area
There are no shipping or delivery charges: the price shown at checkout is the total you pay. The Service is available online wherever you can reach our website, and is billed in Indian rupees (INR).
04If your plan isn't active
If your payment went through but your plan still isn't active 30 minutes later, email [email protected] with your payment ID (it starts with pay_) or the email address of your account. We'll activate the plan or, if we can't, refund the payment as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
UptimePilot is based in Hyderabad, India. Our legal business details are on our Contact page.
