How often do checks run?
Every 5 minutes during the 7-day free trial, every minute on Starter, and every 30 seconds on Pro and Business.
What counts as down? Will I get false alarms?
A check fails when the target doesn't answer in time, returns an unexpected status code, or (if you set one) is missing an expected keyword. You choose how many failures in a row it takes before an incident opens, so a single network blip doesn't page anyone.
Where can alerts go?
Email and Slack on every plan (up to 2 channels in the trial); Microsoft Teams and Telegram from Starter; webhooks from Pro; PagerDuty on Business. Route different monitors to different channels, and send a test alert to check a channel works.
What happens when the trial ends?
Every new workspace gets 7 days free, no card needed: 5 monitors checked every 5 minutes, with email and Slack alerts. When it ends, monitoring pauses until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted, and checks resume as soon as you pay.
How do payments and yearly billing work?
Pay through Razorpay for a month, or for a year at 10× the monthly price. Payments are one-time and don't renew automatically; we email you before your plan ends. Prices are in Indian rupees; international cards are accepted.
Can I cancel? Do you give refunds?
There's nothing to cancel: if you don't renew, your plan keeps working for a 3-day grace period, then monitoring pauses. Yearly plans can be refunded in full within 14 days of payment; monthly payments are non-refundable, and duplicate or failed charges are always refunded. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What data do you keep?
Your account details, the monitors you set up and their check history, nothing from your visitors. Sign-in sessions are encrypted and you can turn on two-step verification. The Privacy Policy lists retention periods and your rights.
Can my team share one account?
Yes. Invite teammates and give each a role: Owner, Admin, Member or Viewer. Starter includes 2 users, Pro 5 and Business 15.
